Benefits of having carbon fiber hood

An automobile hood is required to protect the engine and the adjacent machinery from the outside elements. Otherwise too an open car engine and machinery will not be an eye pleasing sight. How to maintain your carbon fiber products?

Carbon Fiber hoods and other components are either straight polyester resin, epoxy or one of these with a layer of clear coat paint over it. No matter which type, you still need to wash it, clay when necessary, clean, polish and wax to maintain it in good shape.
